- Member Early Bird (by September 23rd, 2024) = $50 (plus annual OAIRP membership $20.00 a year, July 1 - June 30)
- Member Regular (after Sept. 23) = $75.00 (plus annual OAIRP membership $20.00 a year, July 1 - June 30)
- Non-Member (available Sept 23 . until October 20) = $100.00 per event
(or you can become a member for only $20.00 a year, then register for the Fall conference for $50.00 by the early bird deadline).

OAIRP negotiated a group rate at Deer Creek Lodge. Reservations for the group rate must be made by individual call-in.
